Well, what a great float! Some cement blocks on a flatbed. I'm almost happy it wasn't fancier or I would have been more worried. Not sure what the word strum means..I'll have to look that up. trottle is very familiar to me since my great aunt used it a lot. I think it loosely means "moron", since there already is another word for idiot.." Idiot...
